Khadmeen-e-Sindh states in its Constitution that it has been engaged in socio-political activism in Pakistan for the last three decades, with a special focus on Sindh and Sindhi people, and is positioned to participate in parliamentary politics and developmental activities as an organised institution.

Address the liberty, prosperity and security needs of common citizens, including control over economic and natural resources.
Strive for social justice, majority rule and the supremacy of parliament.
Address the influx of illegal aliens and economic migrants through legislation, urban planning and taxation measures, as stated in the Constitution.
Promote Sindhi language, culture and heritage and preserve the historical identity of Sindh within Pakistan's federal structure.
Membership is open to Pakistani citizens aged 18 and above, men and women, without discrimination of religion, language, caste, creed or colour.
The Constitution provides for Central Office Bearers, a Central Committee, Special Purpose Committees, a General Council, a Khadmeen-e-Sindh Council, district organisations, taluka organisations and Union Council units.
